We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Concierge Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored medical care to an exclusive panel of patients, emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and a longevity approach to health management.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Medicine Physician located in the West Palm Beach area.

• Deliver comprehensive, personalized primary care to a limited panel of patients
• Maintain direct availability to patients via phone, text, or email for urgent concerns
• Leverage advanced tools and technologies to support proactive health management
• Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated care team to optimize patient experience
• Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
• Act as a dedicated patient advocate and help patients navigate complex medical systems
• Provide compassionate, empathetic, and relationship-based care, fostering long-term trust
• Develop individualized health plans with a focus on preventive medicine and lifestyle optimization
• Provide preventative services, routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care needs
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Continuously contribute to the practice’s reputation and growth

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty
• 5 years+ of clinical experience in primary care or related field. Experience in a concierge or private practice is not required
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Ability to build strong patient relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with a small, dedicated team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
