This session will highlight how GRAIL’s Galleri test can support early cancer detection in patients who do not have cancer, but could be at an elevated risk for cancer. Natera’s Signatera test can help monitor for recurrence in cancer survivors through molecular residual disease testing. Together, these tools offer physicians a more complete framework for proactive cancer screening, follow-up care, and long-term patient monitoring.

We will review the latest updates from GRAIL, including new data, where Galleri currently stands, and PPA member results. We will also discuss how Signatera works, which patients may benefit most from recurrence monitoring, and how physicians can thoughtfully integrate these tools into annual screening protocols.

In addition, the session will cover practical patient communication strategies, including how to discuss proactive cancer screening in a way that is clear, responsible, and reassuring without creating unnecessary anxiety.

Pairing GRAIL and Natera covers the full cancer screening lifecycle: Galleri for early detection in patients at an elvated risk for cancer. Signatera for recurrence monitoring in survivors.

  • GRAIL/Galleri update: final NHS study data, where the test stands, member results (18,000+ tests, 126 Cancer signals detected)

  • Natera/Signatera: how molecular residual disease monitoring works and who it’s for

  • Clinical framework: which test for which patient, integration into annual screening

  • Patient communication: discussing proactive cancer screening without creating anxiety

  • Signatera patient case

All pre-registered members will receive lunch on Grail if registered a week in advance.

Business Series, Session 4

This session focuses on how to hire, build, and scale a high-performing team by starting with clear vision, strong culture, and intentional leadership. It explores the pillars of performance—care delivery, operations, and marketing—highlighting the importance of alignment, systemization, innovation, and growth mindset as a practice scales. Attendees will learn how to define the right roles using clear scorecards, assess skills and culture fit, and drive engagement through communication, accountability, and recognition. The presentation also addresses the critical mindset shift required to scale beyond founder-led growth, including overcoming the DIY bottleneck, delegating effectively, and adding leadership layers at the right time. The session concludes with practical takeaways and action steps to help leaders build with purpose, hire strategically, and create the space to innovate and plan for long-term growth.
