Who qualifies for PPA membership?
PPA is for physician-led practices running a concierge, direct primary care, or hybrid membership-based model — from solo owners to multi-physician groups to larger physician-governed enterprises. Our admission criteria favor practices that share the Alliance's values of clinical excellence and operational rigor.
What is the application timeline?
Most applicants hear from us within two business days. From application to fully onboarded member is typically two to four weeks, depending on your availability for the introductory call.
How is membership priced?
Five tiers scaled by physician count, from Direct ($5,000/yr for solo) to Enterprise ($40,000/yr for multi-location practices of 16-40 physicians). See the Membership page for tier details and what each includes.
What if I am still exploring the model?
PPA is built for established practices, but we are happy to speak with physicians considering a transition. The Membership Quiz on this site is a good starting point, and you are welcome to apply once your practice has launched.
Can my practice manager or COO also have access?
Yes. Every membership tier includes seats for your operational leadership. They participate in Ops Briefings, the PPA App, and member networking the same as physician members.
