These terms govern your use of ppa.health and any services the Private Physicians Alliance (PPA) offers through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

PPA is a trade association for physician-led concierge, direct primary care, and hybrid practices, and the specialists who serve that ecosystem. We are not a healthcare provider, and ppa.health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ppa.health lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, scrape data, or harvest contact information.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any of our forms.
  • Use ppa.health in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Membership

PPA membership is offered subject to a separate Membership Agreement that incoming members complete during onboarding. Information presented on the website — including tier descriptions, benefits, and pricing — is informational and may change. It does not constitute an offer or contract by itself.
