About Jeannemarie Bozza.

Jeannemarie Bozza, RN, founded Commodore Concierge Nurse Management in New York and brings the nurse-led operational perspective to the PPA Board. Commodore's work sits at the intersection of clinical care coordination and high-touch member service — the day-to-day operational work that determines whether a concierge practice actually delivers on the access it promises.

She is the only non-physician on the Board, and that's deliberate. PPA's work depends as much on the operational and clinical teams supporting member practices as on the physician owners themselves. Ms. Bozza represents the operational side of high-touch membership care in a way that no physician board member could.

Inside the alliance, she co-chairs the Ops Briefings with Dr. Priddy and is the board member ops leaders most often reach out to directly. Her perspective on patient experience management, the role of the nurse navigator in a concierge practice, and the operational structure of a true 24/7 access model has shaped how PPA talks about service delivery.

She is also the board voice members consult on issues involving travel medicine, after-hours coverage networks, and the medical-management layer that distinguishes a serious concierge practice from a marketing-driven one. Members in major-metro markets — particularly those serving high-net-worth panels with significant travel — work with her perspective most often.
