About Jeannemarie Bozza.
Jeannemarie Bozza, RN, is the CEO and founder of Commodore Concierge Nurse Management, a New York-based home nursing and patient-advocacy firm. After a long nursing career, she founded Commodore to redefine how home nursing services are delivered to patients who need ongoing in-home clinical support.
At Commodore, building a strong company culture has been one of her top priorities. The firm’s structure empowers nurses as owner-operators with deep investment in patient outcomes and professional development, while maintaining the discretion and service quality that high-touch home nursing requires. She has spoken publicly about her approach to patient advocacy and the nurse-led model.
She sits on the PPA Board as a voice on the operational and clinical-coordination side of membership-based care — the day-to-day work that determines whether a concierge practice actually delivers on the access and continuity it promises.
