About Radley Griffin.
Dr. Radley Griffin is the founder and CEO of Griffin Concierge Medical and a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Tampa, Florida. He earned his medical degree from SUSOM in the Caribbean Netherlands and completed his family medicine residency as Chief Resident at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville. He has been peer-nominated for Tampa Magazine's Top Doctors every year since 2020 and selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, representing the top 7% of U.S. physicians.
In 2008, Dr. Griffin founded Griffin Concierge Medical as a full-service primary care practice where he could connect with patients on a deeper level. He had previously worked as the sole emergency department physician at UF Health Shands Hospital and at a large family medicine practice in Manhattan, where the practice of medicine felt more transactional than relationship-driven. With a team of concierge physicians, he has since built a practice where the patient-physician relationship is the foundation of exceptional care.
"I love the relationships I have with my patients and taking care of them like they are family," Dr. Griffin has said. "The patient-physician relationship is foundational to our practice of concierge medicine and remains my focus as the field continues to evolve."
Dr. Griffin grew up in Ocala, Florida, one of six sons of a well-respected pharmacist. He and all five brothers followed the path into healthcare. As Chair of the PPA Board, he leads the alliance's strategic work — partner roster, Annual Meeting programming, member roadmap, and external relationships. In his free time, Dr. Griffin enjoys fishing in his kayak and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
